A warm welcome to the New Dance Courses starting in March 2026.We hope you are ready to jump back into the rhythm! We are thrilled to welcome you to our new dance courses. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, we have something special for everyone. Join us and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of dance as we kick off a fresh season filled with exciting classes, energetic beats, and a lot of fun.
Salsa Solo Beginners with Glesniel
Duration: 6 weeks (once a week)
Mondays from 20:00 - 20:55
Påskeferie (30th March - 05th April 2026)
Monday 06th April there will be dance courses
The beginners level will have an added focus on learning the steps and movements of salsa well, and it will be beneficial to repeat this level until you feel comfortable with the movements. Every class will have a different choreography.
About the dance:
Learning to master freestyle salsa is both entertaining and the best way to attack salsa, learning it’s basics before starting partner work. In this class you learn to master the different fundamental movements of Salsa, by isolating body parts, combining and coordinating dance steps with movements of hips, shoulders, upper-body and arms, together with a variety of salsa rhythms. By completing this class, you will master the fundamental elements of Salsa, easing the process towards comfortably dancing with a partner and enjoying social venues.
