When you talk about Latin jazz, you cannot avoid the name Peruchín. Pianist Rodolfo Argudin Justiz 'Peruchín' shook up the genre with his style "El piano en la Timba," in which he mixes Cuban dance music with beautiful piano playing. He learned to play the piano from his mother Xiomara Justiz and his grandfather Pedro Justiz 'Peruchín,' a Cuban piano great in the 1940s and '50s. Following in his footsteps, and with the same nickname, Rodolfo built a huge reputation. Among other things, he was bandleader with Barbarito Torres, known from Buena Vista Social Club
