RUN, EXPATS, RUN!

Every Tuesday, join Karen & Cecilia for a fun run in Vondelpark. Everyone is welcome. All you need is a pair of running shoes

We'll be doing a 4-5K round in the park.

Do you need an excuse to start running? Let us give you some. Pick a reason below and see you Tuesday 6:30 PM at the entrance of Vondelpark!

Reasons to start running with us:

☻ I'd like to stay young

☻ I like meeting people

☻ I drank too much last weekend

☻ My Tinder date cancelled on me

☻ I enjoy the sound of heavy breathing

☻ Had a shitty day at work

☻ I make fast runners look good

☻ One way to keep my body warm with these soaring gas prices

☻ Visiting a sauna is too expensive

☻ Between heart surgery & running, I prefer the latter

☻ I have nothing better to do on Tuesday

Good to Know Info:

► There is currently no bag or coat drop available so make sure you only come with your essentials.

► We meet at 18.30 at the entrance of Vondelpark (Opposite Holland Casino). Once you enter, you'll see a group of us waiting at the side.

► We aim to do 4K but depending on your fitness level you're welcome to do a shorter run.

► Everyone in the group has a different fitness level and run at different speeds so it's not possible to keep the group together throughout the run. We will start the run together but feel free to split later and settle down to a pace more comfortable for yourself.
