Join us for Salsa on the Terrace at Riverpark! Your ticket includes all-you-can-eat access to the full menu below until 8:00 PM.

CEVICHE & EMPANADA STATION

• Ceviche de Camarones with plantain chips
• Cheese empanadas with green mojo sauce

YUCA STATION

• Fried yuca and cheese balls
• Grilled yuca with pickled red onions and cilantro

ROPA VIEJA STATION

• Moros y Cristianos, black beans and rice

SALAD STATION

• Charred corn and squash salad with avocado vinaigrette
• Watermelon and tomato salad with fried queso blanco, red onion, cilantro, mint, and lime dressing

GRILL STATION

• Chicken pinchos marinated with extra-virgin olive oil, sazón, oregano, and white vinegar
• Garlic-marinated pork tenderloin
• Served with guava BBQ sauce
