Get comfortable with Salsa music and timing in a clear, beginner-friendly way. This

Focus Lab helps you hear the beat, find the “1,” and build rhythm confidence through

simple counting, clapping, and movement drills.

What you’ll work on

• Finding the “1” (On1 timing)

• Counting patterns and rhythm cues

• Listening skills for real songs

• Staying on time with basic movement

Pre-registration required. Door registration only if space allows.
