A slower-paced, true-beginner-friendly technique class focused on the basics that make

everything else easier. We’ll train stepping in place, clean weight transfer, balance, and

control so you feel grounded, on time, and confident.

What you’ll work on

• Stepping in place with control

• Weight shift and clean transfers

• Balance, posture, and stability

• Simple application to basic movement

Pre-registration required. Door registration only if space allows.
