Spice up your summer at Salsa Fest, A Taste of San Elizario! 🌶️

Join us on Saturday, July 11th, for an unforgettable evening celebrating local culture, art, history, and flavor at our dual Exhibition Opening and Salsa Fest!

From culture to competition, we’ve got a fantastic lineup to kick off your night. Come for the history, stay for the heat, and dance the evening away.

📅 Event Schedule

• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Exhibition Opening & Ceremony: Be the first to experience our newest exhibit, "From Stone to Table: Molcajete and Metate." We'll kick things off with a brief, special opening ceremony.
• 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Salsa Fest & Fiesta: Let the party begin! Enjoy live music by the incredible Rodriga Rockmore while you eat, dance, and mingle.

Think you can handle the heat? During the fiesta, you’ll get to taste a variety of local salsas and cast your official vote. We’re crowning winners for:
