Salsa Dancing Nanaimo Presents: Intermediate Salsa w/ Roudi & Vero

Take your salsa skills to the next level! Our Intermediate Salsa class builds on fundamentals with new footwork, partner techniques, and styling. Perfect for those comfortable with basics, ready to add flair and confidence to their dancing. This introductory trilogy series is brought to you by Salsa Dancing Nanaimo and is available as a 3 class package for Wednesdays: April 9th, 23rd and 30th 7pm-8pm Pleasant Valley Social Centre Nanaimo. Everyone is welcome and no partner required! All abilities welcome!

With over 30 years of experience in Latin dance, performance, and coaching, Roudi and Vero bring expertise, passion, and a dynamic teaching style to our community.

🌟 Roudi is an internationally recognized instructor and choreographer who has trained over 100 competitors, many of whom have gone on to become World and Canadian Champions and national instructors. His students have won major dance titles across Pro-Am, Am-Am, couples, and individual categories. His choreographies have been featured alongside world-renowned Latin artists such as Oscar D'León, Marc Anthony, and Grupo Extra, showcasing his deep connection to the global Latin dance scene.

🌟 Vero brings a rich background in movement, having started in figure skating and later discovering her love for Bellydance, body isolations, and Latin dance. Her ability to break down technique and focus on musicality makes her an incredible instructor, helping students refine their movements with grace and precision.

Together, they have built an impressive dance career, holding over 20 titles and leading dance programs that empower students of all levels. Their unique blend of technical precision, energy, and artistry ensures that every class is engaging, supportive, and transformative.

📍 Classes will take place Wednesday evenings at the Pleasant Valley Social Centre (Doumont Road, Nanaimo).
