Salsa Bachata Wednesdays with DJ Irmita at Banff Southport! We cannot wait to return to Southport for the biggest salsa and bachata party every Wednesday in our fantastic new venue @ Banff, Southport ! Hosted by DJ Irmita Cuba’s official UK Cuban music DJ Join our FUN & FRIENDLY classes and 100% Latin Salsa Bachata & Kizomba dance social until late with professional teachers and the North’s best DJs, bringing you a sensational night of Salsa dancing, music and cool Cuban vibes!
FUN SALSA BACHATA & INTRO TO RUEDA DANCE CLASSES:
• 20:00 LEVEL 1 Beginners Salsa and Bachata dance class with Irmita or Guest Teacher
• 20: 45 LEVEL 2 Improver’s Cuban dance class and introduction to Rueda de Casino with (plus the occasional son, rumba, cha cha cha or crossbody class with Irmita or Guest Teacher
No experience or partner needed, just a love of Latin music dance and an appreciation and cultural sensitivity for Latin American culture to enjoy the finest rhythms with Southport’s very own founding and very knowledgeable salsa teachers, Latin musicians, international artists and entertainers! DJ Irmita and El Suso
SBK SOCIAL:
Join us from 21:30 ISH for the social with DJ Irmita or Guest DJ for a fabulous time making new friendships and dancing with our SBK format where DJ Irmita & guests will play the the finest salsa clasica from NYC, Puerto Rico , Colombia & Venezuela plus Cuban Timba, New Gen Salsa with a splash of bachata , kizomba, merengue, reggaeton reparto, and kizomba + all your Latin favourites , live Latin percussion, bands, animations and many more surprises!
