Join us for a free, 6-week series starting on Tuesday, September 9.@salomon will lead these clinics on the trails...enjoy the camaraderie, a little education & gear demos, treats and a good run. Special guests, too.
This week we'll be meeting at CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN PARK. If you don't have an exact location, call us or email us or visit our website. All of those listed at the bottom. We're so happy to have you join us.
Not running on the trails too often? Then definitely join us! We'll start on flatter trails and increase in difficulty over time.
Tuesday evenings at 6pm. -- first one meet at Mountain Chalet. On that Tuesday, we will have our list with exact locations for the entire series.
All runs are 'no drop' so we'll be by your side whatever your fitness level.
