Have you been wanting a like-minded group to walk with once a month?

Join us on the 1st Saturday of each month, for a walk /ruck(optional walk with a weight vest) through downtown Salisbury while enjoying some fresh air, good conversations and new connections with your community to start the weekend off strong! We're all about moving together, supporting one another and soaking in local and fun vibes!!
On West Fisher Street you will find an additional parking lot across from Go Burrito, as well as multiple available parking spots around town. Please meet on the Bell Tower grass area.

7:45 AM Chat and Check-In

8:00 AM Warm up fun & start walk

There will be a 3 mile route set out around town that includes 3, 1 mile loops so we can pass and cheer each other on! We will end back where we started and sample complimentary 1st Phorm Clear Protein and supplements!

We’ll walk together, sweat together and laugh together - all while creating lasting connections through movement! Kids and littles are welcome as well as ALL fitness levels. The path is stroller friendly. We meet you where youre at!! We just want to support you and have you in our community!
