As a part of Reimagine Experiences, join us for the first Salem Grief Café — an open, welcoming space to talk about grief, be heard, and find community.Inspired by the international Death Café movement, Salem Grief Café brings people together to share how they’re really doing with their loss. Because grief doesn’t need to be fixed — it needs to be witnessed. And sharing in community is one of the most powerful ways we tend to it.
Our time together includes:
•Opening practice — A guided mindfulness meditation and sound healing to help us arrive, settle, and ground (15 min)
•Open sharing — Space to speak, be heard, and support one another (60 min)
•Closing practice — A brief meditation to carry us gently back into the world (5–10 min)
Tea and cookies provided, including gluten-free options.
Facilitated by Nicole Collins, certified grief coach.
