Next Bistro is pleased to host TrueHarvest Farms from Belton, Texas, for 'Salad Greens 101'. We will be joined by Sam Jones who will discuss their hydroponically-grown products and how they differ from 'conventional' greens; their commitment to sustainability; their complete freedom from pesticides, and their consistency of product every time. Chef Ying will prepare some special 'leafier' items so that you can experience these delicious greens. You will taste the difference!
We will also be joined by Ryan Boles, Marketing Manager, Llano Estacado Winery from Lubbock Texas, who will discuss their wines throughout the event.
