Welcome the arrival of spring with Salad Days at Kaluna, a weekend of nourishment, movement, and connection inspired by the vibrant flavors of our seasonal harvest. From Friday evening through Sunday brunch, immerse yourself in farm-to-table meals featuring crisp greens like kale, tender salad mix, and other early spring delights. Thoughtfully curated experiences will guide you from Winter’s quiet hibernation into the rejuvenation of Spring, awakening both body and spirit.
Misty, cool mornings give way to golden afternoons, gardens bursting with new life. Dogwoods bloom, a choir of robins and chickadees sing their approval, and the air is laced with a floral sweetness—spring is here. As the earth awakens, so too do we, embracing the season of growth, renewal, and abundance.
