Sake Sommelier Educator Kana Aoyama, She is SSA Sake sommelier educator based in Melbourne.
As she also a certified sake sommelier with a passion for pairing sake with different types of cuisine. She finds joy in discovering new and exciting flavours and experiences through sake. Her mission is to share these experiences with customers and to help create meaningful memories through sake.

TRUMPETER & SINGER: Nana (Nana Koizumi ), is a trumpeter, vocalist, composer, educator, graphic designer, and the appointed tourism ambassador of Kashihara City, Nara.
Nana is a leading jazz trumpeter/vocalist in Japan, has a natural talent for delivering breathtaking performances in any genre of music and continues to uplift audiences with her beautiful tone and captivating voice. She is currently performs extensively in Melbourne and Sydney.
Being involved in music exchange activities to spread the music culture of Japan, Nana has participated and organised many Japanese music projects, which included the Sake festival 2023 in Sydney. She was also featured in an interview by SBS Japanese, the national multilingual, multicultural news organisation in Australia, Melbourne.
Pianist: Mitch Yuwono
He is a music educator, accompanist, and session pianist.
He has studied under the tutelage of prominent Australian jazz pianist, including Monique Lysiak and Judy Bailey.
During his time at the University of Southern California, he also studied composition and modern approaches to improvisation under Russell Ferrante, an educator, composer, and pianist for the Yellowjackets. Mitch actively performs with various music ensembles, including chamber music and jazz trios/ quartets, as well as big bands around Sydney.
He has performed with Pepe Mbaye & Chosani Afrique, Triplex, and The Regent Street Big Band, to name a few.
