Hey Sake Fam!

I'm beyond excited to finally announce the launch of Sake Noire, my very own creative sake pop-up! This has been a dream in the making, and I'm thrilled to share this journey with you. Kicking off a series of pop-ups at Kai's Bistro from September to December 2024, this is my way of bringing sake to new spaces, alongside fresh culinary pairings and unique themes. I can’t wait to get back behind the bar, with the hopes of one day having a permanent space where all of you, my sake-loving homies, can gather.

The pop-up begins at 6pm, and there's no fee to attend! To help me and the amazing team at Kai's prepare, please RSVP via Eventbrite. Walk-ins are also welcome—we’ll serve until the menu runs out! And here's the cherry on top—it’s my BIRTHDAY WEEK! So, come ready to celebrate with cake, delicious Cantonese bar bites, and great music.
