Sake Competition 2025 Award-Winning Sake Tasting in LA

Japanese sake, which was added to UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list last December, is gaining increasing global attention. As part of its mission to promote sake worldwide, SAKE COMPETITION will host its first-ever award-winning sake tasting event in Los Angeles. This special opportunity will allow attendees to experience some of the finest sake labels recognized in this year’s competition.

The sake will be served in Hyomon Glass Sake Cups made by Tokyo’s renowned Tajima Glass, adding a traditional and elegant touch to the tasting. Additionally, guests can enjoy carefully selected otsumami (sake-pairing appetizers), recommended by the breweries themselves. This is a rare chance to experience the harmony of sake and food—an essential aspect of Japanese culinary culture.

It’s 100% free, but you’ll need a ticket to join. Space is limited, so be sure to grab yours soon! All attendees will receive a complimentary sake glass from Tajima Glass.

The 1st session strats at 12:00pm / The 2nd session starts at 1:30pm.

*Due to limited space, guests in the 1st session will be asked to exit by 1:30pm. The final entry for the second session is at 2:30pm.
