Join City leaders including Mayor Melvin Carter, Chief Resilience Officer Russ Stark, and representatives from the Climate Justice Advisory Board to hear about the City’s climate action work. As the City updates the ambitious Climate Action and Resilience Plan (CARP) to cut greenhouse gas emissions, build community resilience, and create opportunities for all residents—especially those most vulnerable to climate impacts – you are invited to share your views. At the forum, you’ll have a unique opportunity to share your ideas and help shape the future of climate initiatives in our city. Participate in interactive discussions designed to connect you with neighbors, spark conversation, and directly influence Saint Paul’s climate action planning.
