Sailors ID Camp

Sailors ID Camp is set up to put prospective players in game situations with other prospects and returning players, as a way to evaluate who might be ready to make the next step and join the Port Colborne Sailors for the 2025-2026 Season.

With your registration, you will play 4 games over two days (May 2-3) and compete with other players for a roster spot in the Sunday ID Camp Championship Game. Each game will feature a 50 minute run-time clock. Team rosters will be capped at 9 forwards, 5 defence, and 1 goalie per-team, with a total of 8 teams.

Weekend Game Schedule will be released closer to camp (roughly two weeks before)

Rosters for the Championship game on Sunday May 4th will be invite only and final roster will be assembled the evening of May 3rd.

The Championship game will feature a full junior game-experience, including:

• 12 minute warmup
• Three 20 min period stop-time
• Floods between periods
• Game Day Staff running PA & Music

Included in your registration fee, you will receive:

• ID Camp Jersey & Socks
• 4 games (and chance to play in Championship Final)
• Equipment Staff (during games)
• Training Staff (during games)
• Pre-Game Hydration & Snacks
• Fitness Testing
• Exit Interviews with Sailors Staff

Those selected from the Championship Game will be invited to join one of two Sailors Chowder Cup Teams competing in Boston, July 16-20, 2025, as well as being invited to the remainder of the Sailors Summer Development Program.
