Qi Gong is a 4000 year-old ancient Chinese wellness practice that has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is an elegant meditative practice that combines gentle movement, breath, and meditation to create a calm natural balance of energy in body and mind.
This 2-hour workshop begins with first and foremost honouring your body as Hang draws in science studies to help illuminate the spiritual journey of each rite of passage as a woman. Hang will share ways to integrate the practices of Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese wei-wu-wei and the law of nature into your daily life to stay on your wellness journey.

- The rites of passage in a woman’s life.
- The four phases of the menstrual cycle and moon cycle and their connection to emotional, physical and creative well-being.
- Energy activation exercises to clear energy blockages, increase circulation and get the "qi" flowing
- A take Qi Gong practice for women’s health, designed to balance the body, mind, and emotions.
- Introduction to meridians, energy pathways, in the body; based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory.
