Improvisation ensemble Sahul Sakti is excited to be bringing a special performance to Bar Oussou! We're going to enter the psychedelic realm with feature artist Declan Burgess, one of the guitarists from the noise rock behemoth - the Paul Kidney Experience! If you thought that Sahul Saktians were a tame gentle lot, well come and just see how wild we can get.

About Sahul Sakti
Sahul Sakti is an improvisation ensemble who draws on the members' post-classical, Brazilian, Asia-Pacific, jazz, and experimental music influences to create a sound that is rooted in friendship, imagination, and a deep exploration of acoustic possibilities. This project is inspired by the great global fusion ensembles such as Yo-Yo Ma's Silk Road Ensemble, Shakti, Dr. L Subramaniam, L. Shenkar, Nigel Kennedy, Mestre Acordeon, and the Mahavishnu Orchestra.
