Born from a love of ancestral herbal traditions, meaningful conversation, and intentional living, Sage & Soul is more than a tea experience, it’s a space to pause, reconnect, and nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
We believe some of life’s most meaningful moments happen around a table. Throughout history, people have gathered over warm cups to celebrate, grieve, dream, heal, learn, and simply be present with one another. At Sage & Soul, we honor that tradition by creating experiences where every cup is thoughtfully prepared, every ingredient has a story, and every guest is welcomed with intention.
Whether you’re discovering herbal teas for the first time or continuing a lifelong wellness journey, our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected than when you arrived.
The Tea Table is our signature gathering, a place where strangers become friends, conversations flow freely, and time slows just enough for us to remember what truly matters. Through handcrafted herbal teas, beautiful food, guided conversation, a full service bar and shared reflection, we celebrate the simple yet powerful act of gathering together.
