Saffron & Sips - A Persian Tea Time Cooking Class ‍

Join us for a magical afternoon of Persian tea and hands-on cooking in the stunning setting of Chef Mariam's cottage, the beautifully renovated 1817 home, overlooking the Merrimack River. This immersive experience will transport you to the Mediterranean without leaving the country!

With the event taking place near the Persian New Year, the atmosphere will be filled with extra excitement, celebrating the rich traditions and flavors of this vibrant holiday.

First we will enjoy tea served Persian style!

Next we will prepare:

🍃 Fragrant saffron and barberry rice with chicken breast in a savory saffron tomato sauce.

🥒 A refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce and salad

🍮 A special surprise dessert, freshly prepared by the chef

After cooking, we will enjoy this beautifully crafted meal paired with Persian teas and water. Feel free to bring your own beverage of choice (BYOB)..

Each guest will receive a recipe booklet to recreate these dishes at home, along with extras to share with loved ones.
