Developed jointly by Decom Mission and Step Change in Safety, the Safety in Decom Network exists to engage industry, encourage open forums for knowledge transfer and ensure decommissioning is conducted safely. This conference will provide a trusted space for honest conversations, grounded in experience, to help improve safety performance across decommissioning projects.

The conference will host speakers from across industry who will share real-life incidents, learnings and lessons, highlighting what went wrong, what changed and what others can take away to help prevent future incidents. Sessions will focus on practical experience, not theory, supporting meaningful discussion and shared understanding.
