In a world that can often feel rushed, demanding, and at times unsafe, this day is an invitation to slow down and come home to yourself 🙏💫.This retreat is a gentle and grounded space for reconnecting with your body, your softness, and your capacity to feel.
We will explore sensuality not as sexuality, but as the ability to feel presence, aliveness, warmth, trust, connection, and safety in the body.
This is not about performance.
This is not about pressure.
This is about creating enough safety that your body can begin to soften, breathe, and open again.
Through body-based practices, partner exercises, reflection, and inner child work, we create a space where healing, trust, and deeper connection can unfold - both with yourself and with others.
We will move slowly and with care.
We will listen to the body rather than push it.
We will make space for tenderness, truth, and authentic connection.

Benthe and Sacha met in the conscious community in the Netherlands they now call home, united by a shared longing to create spaces where people can feel safe enough to fully be, enjoy, and express themselves.
🧘🏻♀️Benthe brings a soft, attuned, and grounded presence, shaped by her path with yoga, voice, movement, and plant medicine.
🧘♀️Sacha’s journey through somatic work, yoga, tantra, and body-based practices has brought her back into softness, trust, and the deep connection between safety and sensuality.
🧘🏽♂️Ray brings warmth, presence, and grounded spaceholding through his work with embodiment, relational awareness, and body-based healing.
