Join us for a FREE Personal Safety and Self-Defense Workshop for women ages 16+. Pre-registration is required and space is limited, so sign up today! Anyone under 21 must accompany an adult who is 21+.

During this active participatory workshop, you will practice realistic self-defense tactics. You will also learn situational awareness and how to handle a confrontation both physically and mentally. Prepare to challenge yourself and feel empowered!

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FREE PERSONAL SAFETY ALARM.

This is a popular event and space is limited. We ask that you only register if you are CERTAIN you can attend. Stick around when the class ends at 11:30 for refreshments!

Can I just show up?

No. Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins are not allowed.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

You must be 16+ to attend. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who is 21+.

How should I dress for the event?

Please wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, we can notify someone on our wait list that a spot opened up!

Can I bring a friend?

Yes! All participants must be registered.

Will I feel comfortable if I show up alone?

Yes! Absolutely! Many of our partipants are single registrations.

I'm running late, should I still come?

Yes! Please come if you are registered.
