Safe Space: LGBTQ+ Ally Training
Safe Space: LGBTQ+ Ally Training is an interactive training designed to help create safer, more welcoming communities for everyone, regardless of sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Participants will learn about bias, stereotypes, current LGBTQ+ terminology, and best practices for discussing and navigating topics related to gender and sexuality with greater understanding and sensitivity. The training also provides practical tools for becoming a more informed and supportive ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
Following the training, participants may receive a Safe Space Ally sign to display in their office, home, or business. The sign communicates that you support the LGBTQ+ community and have completed training covering foundational concepts related to gender, sexuality, and allyship.
