space for youth to connect and share. Must be
no later then 15 mins from the start of the group
to participate. Starting June 2 and runs through
July 29 . Ages 13-17 years of age.
It’s FREE! No cost to attend.

This initiative offers a safe space designed to empower youth by developing protective factors, with a primary focus on social skills development and the prevention of peer pressure and substance use. The group strives to strengthen coping strategies, emotional processing, stress management, and dealing with interpersonal conflicts, among other vital topics. By fostering a nurturing environment, participants can connect with experienced adult mentors and engage with their peers, sharing experiences, and insights in a safe space. The discussions are adaptable, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each specific group. With a max capacity of 20 participants per session, the program aims to enhance youths' ability to communicate effectively with peers and adults, fostering reconnection and promoting healthy
interaction and support-seeking behaviors. The group is dedicated to supporting mental health, preventing substance use, and encouraging youth to seek and offer support within their community. Once a month the opportunity to connect with community.
