Safe Kids/Safe Communities Open House

Welcome to the Safe Kids/Safe Communities Open House!

The Safe Kids/Safe Communities Coalition is excited to invite business owners, community leaders, health and safety professionals, government agencies and community organizations to its open house at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank Community Resource Center, 15550 South Waterloo Road.

The event, themed “Get Started on Your Safety Game Plan,” aims to educate professionals and increase membership in this FREE coalition dedicated to promoting injury prevention and safety among children & families.

From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025, attendees will have the chance to learn about the coalition’s critical work in fostering safer environments for everyone. The event will highlight valuable resources and programs for both children and adults, including topics like safe sleep, bike safety, teen driving, parental support, and more. Open house guests can also attend professional workshops – Stop the Bleed, Connecting Health & Safety Messaging with Social Media, and Emergency Management.

This is an opportunity to network, explore resources, and discover how membership can benefit your organization.
