The City of Santa Fe Office of Economic Development (OED) convenes employers, education and training providers, community-based organizations, and public partners to strengthen Santa Fe’s workforce ecosystem and align on shared workforce goals.

Participants will have dedicated time to connect with peers, exchange insights, and explore opportunities for strategic collaboration.

This session will feature:

• Update on OED’s partnership with Santa Fe Community College (SFCC)
• A guided tour of SFCC’s Trades and Certifications programs
• Discussion on workforce alignment and employer needs
