Safe Families In Person Volunteer Training

Learn more about Safe Families for Children and how you and your friends, as a Circle of Support, can surround families in crisis with a caring, compassionate community.

In Person Location: Edgewater Baptist Church (1401 W Hollywood Ave, Chicago, IL 60660). The training will be hosted in the fellowship hall. We have a parking lot and the entrance to the church is under the stairs touching the lot.

Time: 8:30 AM -1:30 PM.

Training Topics Covered:

• Foundations & Supporting Families Training
• Supporting Children Training

Fingerprinting will be conducted during this training. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Childcare provision TBD.
