Safe Defense!

Join Satori MMA and GSGST for a special Safe Defense course designed just for girls! This class is all about building confidence and learning the basics of Child Safety in a fun, supportive environment.

We want every girl to know how to trust her "gut," set strong boundaries, and use her own physical strength to stay safe. From finding her powerful "no" voice to practicing practical safety moves, this course is all about helping girls feel capable and in control.

Who: ALL girls, Kinder through 12th Grade! (You don’t have to be a Girl Scout—invite a friend!

What Else? All Participants will recieve give aways including snacks, a drink, safety tools, and more.
