Join us for lunch on August 28th from 12-1. Learn what Safe at Home does, and how to become a volunteer Family Partner. Please RSVP to 541.315.1190 to secure your spot.
ONE HOUR a week, in 15-minute sections, is enough to monitor the home environment, the family dynamic, and the safety of the children in the home. This monitoring is necessary part of children returning from Foster Care. Without support to provide this monitoring, children remain in foster care instead of returning home. By providing this service to families involved with Child Welfare, Family Partner volunteers make it possible for children to return safely to their homes, to their families, to their life, while the family completes their ODHS Child Welfare Journey.
This is an opportunity to provide the gift of reunification for families, of building familial resilience, and of community healing and growth.
