David Rendall- RE/MAX

Mr. Rendall is an attorney and licensed real estate broker in the state of California. Mr. Rendall has been the broker and owner of RE/MAX of Santa Clarita, RE/MAX of Valencia, and RE/MAX Gateway since February 2014. Mr. Rendall manages approximately 150 agents and has an annual gross sales volume of over $1 billion. He is the owner of Group One Investments, Inc., a licensed real estate property management and real estate investment firm specializing in commercial management, Value Add commercial real estate investments, real estate syndication and development. He currently sits on the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation board and is the Chief Executive Officer of Escrow Advantage, Inc., an independent escrow company. Mr. Rendall also is the general partner, owner, president, managing member, and/or member of multiple businesses and real estate partnerships. In addition to his real estate companies, he is the Principal and Partner of Group One Legal, PC. Mr. Rendall has been practicing real estate since 2001 and law since 2003, when he was admitted to the state bar of California. Mr. Rendall earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School, a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles. He also was an adjunct professor at College of the Canyons, where he taught Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practices, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

Scott Wilk- TWFG Insurance

Scott Wilk has been a licensed insurance broker for 12 years. He is the local branch owner of TWFG Insurance, one of the largest independent brokerages in the country. His affiliation with TWFG gives him access to over 400 insurance carriers to shop for his customers. Scott's agency currently has 15 licensed team members. Collectively they speak 5 languages, are licensed in 9 states and serve nearly 6000 California homeowners. Most importantly in today's drastic, constantly changing insurance environment- with CA legislators making it so that most carriers have just completely left, Scott's company has decided to spend much of its time protecting CA homeowners by not only providing the best advice, options for coverage, and competitive rates- but to also become a consistent resource providing the most updated information to real estate professionals so they may in turn help their clients too. Maiya Robinson and Nikki Maurer- Ticor Title

Maiya Robinson

Maiya has been in title/escrow for 37 years and has been an executive at Ticor for over 8 years. She enjoys the technical aspect of her position. Maiya enjoys networking and meeting new people since becoming a rep herself and she always tries to do her job as enthusiastically, professionally, and honestly as possible.
She has been part of the Santa Clarita community since 1983. Her husband and son are well known real estate appraisers, so they are able to cross paths frequently in the business. They are a real estate family.

Nikki Maurer

As a sales representative, Nikki helps her clients grow their business by providing marketing solutions and helping them close deals. Nikki’s ability to nurture relationships makes her successful at her job. She enjoys the freedom afforded to her to pursue deals from her own unique angle and thinks outside of the box to generate solutions. Her clients describe her as reliable and dedicated to going above and beyond to meet their needs.

In addition to applying her 21 years of experience, Nikki stays well-versed in industry news and trends through her professional membership.
