A Sunset Circle is a gathering of women who come together in a non-judgmental, non-competitive environment to connect, share, and empower one another. We enjoy activities like guided discussions, breathwork, meditation, sharing and listening from our hearts. 

Sunset Circles provide a space for us to show up authentically as ourselves, they foster a sense of belonging and connection, helping us remember our own personal strength and sovereignty, and the strength of our collective.
