Set in the cozy, magical embrace of forest treehouses, this gathering invites you to slow down.

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll move through a blend of soulful practices—guided meditations, gentle yoga, reflective journaling, women’s circles, nature walks, and nourishing meals. We’ll hold space for rest and laughter, deep conversation, and quiet contemplation. Breathe deeply, and return to your roots. Using the TIDES program, we’ll explore what it means to be cyclical, powerful, and grounded in today’s world. We’ll create room for grief, joy, visioning, and renewal—cradled by the trees and supported by sisterhood.
