Seeking more clarity and contentment? The practice of yoga invites us to look inward, find our true heartfelt desires, and then shape them into our reality.Welcome to a weekend of self-study! This immersion will be filled with several diverse experiences designed to highlight and refine virtues, habits, behaviors, and ethical observances. In short, a weekend to practice the second limb of Yoga: the Niyamas, and cultivate liberation.
The word 'Niyama' often translates as 'positive duties' or 'observances' and are thought of as recommended habits for healthy living and 'spiritual existence'. Throughout the weekend you will study and practice Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, the Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, and several forms of meditation and mindfulness. These experiences will theme around the five Niyamas and how to best integrate them into your daily life.

We are happy to host our special guest teacher and friend, Matthew Kimmeth E-RYT500 & YACEP, and welcome him back to our studio for this wonderful immersion weekend to enlighten us during the depths of winter.
Space is limited so do not wait to register! This transformative weekend invites you to honor your sacred self. If you are a yoga teacher, this weekend will count for 15 hours of CEC for Yoga Alliance. Take this opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and care for yourself.
