Sacred Winds Ensemble Annual Summer Concert

The Sacred Winds Ensemble continues the Great Christian Books series by exploring JI Packer's Knowing God. The concert will feature works by James Curnow, John Mackey, John Gibson, Keith Getty, Laura Story, Adolphus Hailstork, and John Gibson . The program, in part, will be comprised of the familiar hymns Amazing Grace and A Mighty Fortress Is Our God, as well as the contemporary songs Come Unto Jesus, The Lord Almighty Reigns, and Total Praise.

The ensemble is delighted to welcome guest conductor, Dr. Richard Miles, who will conduct Lamb of God by John Gillingham. This powerful work portrays the trial, death, resurrection, and ascension of Chirst in a gripping aural spectrum of sound.

Join us as we blend the beauty of music and the spoken word to proclaim the eternal truths of the Gospel. This is more than just a concert – it's an celebration of God's transformative power in the heart of man.
