Vaginal steaming is an ancient practice of self-care, ceremony, and deep tending. In this weekend, we give it the time, space, and reverence it deserves.
What we will explore: The Herbs – We will work with a materia medica of herbs for steaming: rose, calendula, mugwort, yarrow, oregano, and more. You will learn to blend custom formulas for fertility, postpartum recovery, menstrual support, and perimenopause.
The Practice – Each participant will have the opportunity to steam in a sacred setting, learning the practical steps of preparation, duration, temperature, and aftercare. We will discuss creating your own steaming ritual at home. Emotional & Energetic Dimensions – The womb holds story.
We will journey with our wombs while steaming and find support, emotional release, spiritual connection, and reclaiming intimacy with your body. All materials and comprehensive handouts are provided.

A small, intimate group setting (space is intentionally limited) Saturday night free sessions for all participants at the healing center!
