Through the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, grounding frequencies, intuitive instrumentation, and calming soundscapes, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditative state where the body can rest and the mind can soften.

Whether you are feeling emotionally heavy, energetically depleted, creatively blocked, or simply in need of intentional rest, this evening offers a space to slow down and return to your inner flow.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary — simply come as you are.
