Please join me in a deeply nurturing cacao ☕️ blessing and sound🎶 journey inspired by the healing nature of water💧.
We will start with a short cacao blessing to open our heart and set an intention into the water molecules that the cacao holds.
"Water remembers. Water Listens."
We will then settle into our space where we will allow the sounds to blend using a number of instruments including intuitive vocals, crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick to create a space of emotional release, comfort and renewal.
Gentle vocal tones will flow through the soundscape like water itself - Holding, soothing and guiding you inward. As the vibrations ripple through your body you are invited to soften emotional layers, release stored tension and let them flow away like a leaf on the surface of a babbling brook and to come back and reconnect with your hearts natural rhythm.

This is a safe space to hold each and every one of you. If you feel at anytime you need to leave the space then please do so. Please honour your body, mind and soul.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, water and whatever you feel you need to make this space your own.
