Enjoy the benefits of LED light (red), quartz crystal, selenite and vibrational sounds as you dive inward for relaxation, restoration and reconnection.
LED lights can help increase blood flow and wellbeing, heal wounds faster, and open the pathways for self-healing and energy restoration.
Red LED lights are used by NASA for plant growth and wound healing.
The technology can be helpful in soothing soul wounds or emotional spikes, and increasing relaxation , thereby allowing needed energy to work in your favor.
Each participant can have a red light panel to put where you want on or around your body. If someone doesn't want it, or just for a little while, they do what is good for them.

There is limited space (laying down or sitting) and light panels available so please message Quynn to confirm participation.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye cover if desired. We have pillows and chairs.
