SACRED SUPPORT CIRCLE FOR PREGNANCY LOSS
Pregnancy loss leaves a quiet ache that lives in the body as much as the heart. It is a grief that often goes unseen, unspoken, and misunderstood.
This Sacred Support Circle for Pregnancy Loss offers a compassionate space to rest, release, and be held. There is no right way to grieve here. You are welcome exactly as you are... tired, tender, broken open, or numb. Simply arrive and allow God/Spirit to hold you where words fall short.
Guided by breathwork, gentle somatic release practices, and a meditation journey carried by music and drum, this circle invites the body to soften and the heart to breathe again. The intention is not to erase grief, but to support peace, integration, and rest as you continue forward with love.
WHAT IS A SACRED SUPPORT CIRCLE?
A Sacred Support Circle is not a typical support group. It’s a guided healing ceremony designed to regulate the nervous system, restore the heart, and help you reconnect with yourself through breath, music, and sacred presence.

This circle is for anyone who has experienced pregnancy loss, whether recent or years ago, and your heart still aches in quiet ways.

This is a sacred, compassionate space to lay down what’s heavy, be witnessed, and allow God/Spirit to bring comfort and healing to the places that still hurt
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our 2-hour ceremony includes:
*Grounding + intention setting
*Gentle breathwork & nervous system reset
*A guided meditation journey
*Reflections + optional sharing
*Music + drum woven throughout
*Closing blessing / release ritual
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more restored.
