SACRED | Supermoon Evening Mini RetreatThis October, you’re invited to a special Supermoon Full Moon Gathering—a deeper, more expansive evening than our regular moon meditations. This powerful mini retreat invites you to slow down and truly honour your connection to self, surrounded by nature, moonlight, and sacred ritual.
Under the luminous October Supermoon, we’ll gather by the fire at The Wellbeing Cottage to reflect, release, and realign. This is a time to shed the old stories, give thanks for what has been, and open fully to what’s ready to be received.
Through a nourishing blend of somatic energy flow, meditation, Reiki, sound therapy, and ceremonial cacao, you’ll be guided inward—gently restoring your nervous system, activating your inner wisdom, and supporting the natural rhythm of your energetic body.
Held by Holistic Therapist Kirsten Edmondson—Master Usui Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healing Therapist, and Meditation Facilitator—you’ll be supported every step of the way in a sacred and nurturing space that invites deep presence and connection.
Each guest will receive a beautiful goodie bag filled with sacred tools to enhance their evening, including their own personal moon water—blessed under the Supermoon to support energetic alignment and intention setting beyond the retreat.
