No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to breathe and let go.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat
• A pillow or bolster for added comfort
• A blanket to stay cozy
• Water to stay hydrated
• Anything else that helps you relax (essential oils, crystals, etc.)
  We do have some extra yoga mats and blankets avaiable for those that need them. Eye masks will be provided.
