Join me for Sacred Sunday Soothe: An Evening Sound Bath to Unwind, Exhale, & Prepare for the Week, a 60-minute immersive journey Led by myself, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-Certified Trauma Specialist, Ashley Rhys. This experience is designed to help you release the weight of anticipating the week, regulate your nervous system, and gently prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the days ahead.
Through the calming vibrations of singing bowls, rainstick, ocean drums, chimes, gentle breathwork, and intentional affirmations, we’ll create space to reconnect with your inner self, and allow rest to rise from within.
