Join us for a morning of movement, ritual, connection, and intentional grounding as we welcome the summer season. Together, we’ll set intentions for the season ahead, move to awaken the body, and ground into a restorative sound bath followed by a sacred herbal tea dieta ceremony. We will close with journaling and reflection on the energy and wisdom the herb brings forward for you. Led by Codie and Kristin.
