Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Inner Calm
Life can feel noisy and overwhelming. Sacred Stillness is an invitation to pause, let go of the outside world, and give yourself the gift of deep rest.
During this soundbath you will be guided through soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding rhythms of the drum, and a gentle meditation that supports your body and mind in settling into stillness. As the vibrations move through you, your nervous system relaxes, your breath deepens, and peace begins to unfold within.
This experience is about creating space for your whole being to reset. You will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply nourished.
