Each element you choose carries meaning and purpose, transforming your vessel into a sacred tool for peace and reflection.
After decorating, we’ll shift into stillness and ritual:
🌿 Short Guided Meditation to ground your energy
🔥 Lighting Ceremony using one of your tealights
👁️ Candle Gazing (Trataka) to soothe the mind and open your intuitive channels
You’ll receive 4 tealights—one will be used during the ceremony, and the remaining three can be used at home anytime you need a moment of sacred pause.
