Join us at Sand and Sage for an evening of deep rest and renewal led by Deb Cunningham, Alexis Cat, and Jill Vozza.
Sacred Stillness weaves together the calming practices of gentle restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra traditation, and a soothing sound bath enhanced with Reiki energy healing.
This immersive experience is designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within. Through gentle movement, guided relaxation, and the healing vibrations of sound, you'll be invited into a state of profound stillness — where body, mind, and spirit can realign and replenish.
No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket, and any personal comforts to create your own sanctuary of rest.
